TruckSim Maps Navigator
Marker North Navigator's ATS road network, directed route calculation, map parsing, and core navigation logic are powered by truckermudgeon/maps by TruckSim Maps developer Truckermudgeon. Marker North integrates this work through a local sidecar and provides its own account access, telemetry presentation, destination tools, route display, and driver interface around that routing foundation.

Coast to Coast
Coast to Coast is an American Truck Simulator map created by Homburg. Marker North's public Live Map offers an optional Coast to Coast visual layer for its roads, cities, companies, and facilities. When a driver has obtained and enabled the mod, Marker North may also recognize that locally installed copy and process its map data on the driver's own PC to provide navigation within the areas it covers.
Permission: On September 6, 2026, Homburg replied “I have no objections” to Marker North's written request to recognize Coast to Coast and use its map data for Marker North road display and navigation, while not distributing, re-uploading, or providing the Coast to Coast mod itself. Marker North retains the written permission record. This project-specific permission does not change the mod's published permissions for anyone else.

Marker North does not bundle, host, or redistribute Coast to Coast. Drivers must obtain it from its official source.
ProMods Canada
ProMods Canada is an American Truck Simulator map project created by the ProMods Team. Marker North has received permission to support a user's legitimately installed copy for local compatibility, road display, and navigation. When this integration is enabled, Marker North will read the user's own ProMods files on that user's PC; it will not provide ProMods content to the user.
Permission: On September 7, 2026, the ProMods Team granted Marker North written, project-specific permission to recognize and locally read a user's legitimately installed ProMods content for compatibility and navigation. The permission does not allow Marker North to copy, modify, extract for redistribution, or otherwise reproduce ProMods map data. ProMods data and converted or derived copies will not be incorporated into Marker North, distributed with it, uploaded to Marker North servers, or made available to anyone who does not have the relevant ProMods content installed. Marker North retains the written permission record.

Marker North does not bundle, host, redistribute, or publicly display ProMods map data. Users must obtain ProMods through its official distribution channels.
Project Better Arizona
Project Better Arizona is an American Truck Simulator map project created by AzNate. Marker North has received permission to recognize a user's legitimately installed copy and process its roads, cities, companies, facilities, and related map data on that user's PC for route calculation and map display in Marker North Navigator.
Permission: On September 8, 2026, AzNate granted Marker North written, project-specific permission based on these terms. Marker North will not distribute, re-upload, sell, or provide the Better Arizona mod or its original files. Processed information will be used only to provide navigation and map display to the user who has the mod installed. The permission request disclosed that Marker North may eventually be offered as a paid service. Marker North retains the written permission record.

Alaska: North to the Future
Alaska: North to the Future (Alaska NTTF) is an American Truck Simulator map project by H3D_Arts and FLX Mods. Marker North has received permission to detect and locally process a user's legitimately purchased and installed copy for navigation, route calculation, map display, and related companion features.
Permission: On September 8, 2026, the Alaska Team granted Marker North written, project-specific permission for this use. Alaska NTTF and its original files will not be redistributed, re-uploaded, repackaged, sold, or provided through Marker North. Extracted map data will not be offered as a separate publicly downloadable package or database, and Marker North support will not allow anyone to access the map without legitimately owning it. The Alaska Team also approved Alaska NTTF support within a future paid Marker North service as long as these conditions continue to be respected. Marker North retains the written permission record.

TS-Map
Marker North map-generation work uses and is derived from Unicor-p/ts-map, an ATS/ETS2 map renderer and cities/POI extractor. The project is based on the upstream dariowouters/ts-map project.

QRCoder
Marker North CAPS uses QRCoder version 1.8.0 to generate Android-tablet pairing QR codes locally on the driver's PC. No external QR-code service receives the PC address or pairing code.

Piper text to speech (Shadow's voice)
Navigator speaks Shadow, the dispatcher, with Piper release 2023.11.14-2, run as a separate program on the driver's PC. Nothing a driver says or hears is sent anywhere for speech.

Speech recognition on the driver's PC uses Moonshine base (English; MIT License, Copyright (c) 2024 Useful Sensors), packaged for sherpa-onnx and run by shadow-voice. CAPS records push-to-talk with NAudio 2.2.1 (MIT License, Copyright (c) Mark Heath and contributors).
Kokoro voices (CAPS 0.1.49)
From CAPS 0.1.49, Shadow, Moana, Officer Sandi and Loki speak with Kokoro-82M (model and voices: Apache License 2.0), run on the driver's PC by shadow-voice, a separate program Navigator starts. It uses sherpa-onnx v1.13.8 (Apache License 2.0) and ONNX Runtime (MIT License).
espeak-ng (built into sherpa-onnx): GNU General Public License version 3. shadow-voice (Marker North): GNU General Public License version 3 or later; it is not linked into CAPS or Navigator. SCS Software Telemetry SDK
