Provides a verified fresh installer download and makes inactive delivery distance clear on the Live Map.
Visible setup version
The setup header now identifies this release as CAPS 0.1.6 Pre-Alpha on every step.
Clear inactive-job status
When a driver has no active delivery, the Live Map now says so instead of incorrectly calling the distance private.
Marker North sign-in only
Setup uses only the Marker North email-and-password sign-in flow while Google and Discord enrollment remain disabled.

- CAPS checks the verified release manifest at startup and periodically afterward, with a short tray notification when a newer version is available.
