Source code for the speech engine in Marker North CAPS (Shadow's voice)

CAPS starts Piper (piper.exe), a separate program, to speak Shadow's answers.
Piper uses espeak-ng, licensed under the GNU General Public License v3. As that
licence requires, this archive holds the complete source code of espeak-ng (GPL-3.0,
see COPYING inside espeak-ng.tar), piper-phonemize (MIT) and piper (MIT) at the commits in
VERSIONS.txt. CAPS ships the unmodified official Piper Windows release 2023.11.14-2.
Each project is kept as a .tar of its exact commit (git archive); open it with any
archive tool (7-Zip, tar).

From CAPS 0.1.49, Shadow's natural voices run in shadow-voice.exe, also a separate
program. It is Marker North's own (GPL-3.0-or-later, source in shadow-voice) and uses
sherpa-onnx (Apache-2.0, source in sherpa-onnx.tar), which builds in espeak-ng (GPL-3.0,
the exact archive is espeak-ng-for-sherpa-onnx.*). The Kokoro-82M model and voices are
Apache-2.0 (https://huggingface.co/hexgrad/Kokoro-82M).
